The Couples Bootcamp Workout Challenge is a dynamic and engaging fitness program specifically designed for partners to tackle together, fostering teamwork and shared accomplishment. These challenges often incorporate a mix of individual and partner-based exercises, ranging from bodyweight movements and cardio circuits to potentially incorporating light weights or resistance bands. The focus extends beyond individual fitness gains, emphasizing mutual support, communication, and synchronized effort as couples navigate each workout. WHAT IS THE HERITAGE BOWL?

Our Why!

Being one of the stapled programs in "Moving In The Right Direction Foundation Inc." This program is a premier national showcase offering 80 elite senior student-athletes across the United States a pivotal opportunity to make a lasting first and final impression on over 125 college scouts. Founded by former Fresno State and NFL draftee Dwayne Wright, a coach with 15+ years of combined college and high school experience, this unique weekly event empowers talented young men and women from communities nationwide. With a focus on providing an upper edge for college recruitment at both university and community college levels,  "Moving In The Right Direction Foundation Inc." Heritage Bowl combines high-level competition with a family-friendly atmosphere. Throughout their senior season, 10-20 coach evaluators nationwide actively scout talent and, in collaboration with high school coaches, extend invitations to prospects maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher with compelling game film. Selected players receive an official invitation post-season to the MRD Heritage Bowl, fueling their dedication to excel for their high school teams. The experience culminates in a live-streamed 7-round Draft Selection Gala in San Diego and a week of practice, engaging activities and finally the Game.
